Marzena Fornal
Expert on grants and AI integration
Doctor of Humanities, and a philosophy graduate at University of Łódź, she is currently affiliated with the Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa, where she combines research with teaching and collaboration with the economic community. She is the author of numerous scientific publications and conference presentations on consciousness, artificial intelligence, and the neural mechanisms of language processing. She served as Vice-Rector for Research at the University of Humanities and Economics in Łódź, actively participating in the establishment of the AHE Center for Research and Technology Transfer, where she subsequently assumed the position of R&D Project Manager.
At IP-TAX, she is responsible for obtaining EU funds, analyzing innovative projects, and integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the business processes of the SME sector, effectively combining academic knowledge with the practical implementation of modern technologies.
Marcin Malinowski

A lawyer with many years of experience in corporate services and legal consulting for the medical, industrial, and technology sectors.
For many years, he has served as an in-house lawyer for large companies, responsible for comprehensive legal services, capital group structuring, commercial contracts, compliance processes, and acting as Data Protection Officer.
He also supports entrepreneurs in establishing and running family foundations. Founder of Libra Associates – a consulting company specializing in commercial law, corporate law, legal audits, and consulting for entities in the medical and technology industries.
He specializes in medical, commercial, and corporate law, combining practical experience with a deep understanding of business processes and the specifics of sectoral regulations.
PhD student at the Polish Academy of Sciences in the field of medical law, where I research the application of artificial intelligence in medicine and evidentiary proceedings. A graduate of medical law studies at the University of Warsaw, currently studying Clinical Research Methodology at the Medical University of Warsaw.
